Observer over Decider
Observers have more balanced Decider poles in the middle: Self (Di) and Tribe (De). Their own perspective and other people's perspectives tend to be easier to navigate. Things are the harder territory. Control (Oi) and Chaos (Oe) sit at the extremes, so disrupted plans, uncertainty, and a changing world can trigger the strongest reactions.
Weird Al's parody career depends on popular songs, changing media platforms, and opportunities he cannot schedule for himself. He can craft an ingenious joke but cannot order the next hit song into existence. That is Observer friction with the conditions of the world, rather than primarily with other people's approval. His strength is adapting creatively to whatever material appears. The blind spot is expecting the culture to hold still long enough for the perfect idea.
